Jeffery R. Zimmerman

Jeffery R. Zimmerman, born on October 16, 1974, in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 48. Jeff's most cherished role in life was being a devoted spouse to Nicole Disiena, and father to his children: Jeffery Zimmerman Jr., Brandon Zimmerman, Cameron Zimmerman, Siena Zimmerman, Brittany Lilly, and stepfather to Manny Serrano Jr. Jeff was a protector, provider, and hard worker. He was also a cherished grandfather to Roman Kai, Genesis Josiah, and Kylo Makari.

Jeff was a beloved son, a caring brother, and a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. His kindness, generosity, and loyalty endeared him to everyone he knew.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday, August 14, 2023, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH. Interment West Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to go towards the funeral service.
