Jeanette M. Hitsman

Jeanette M. Hitsman, age 76, passed away on February 22, 2026. She was born on October 9, 1949, in Dietz, Germany, to her loving parents, the late Frank Stuczka and Stella Zajac.

Jeanette was the beloved wife of the late Robert C. Hitsman. She was a devoted mother to Laura Brown, Tracy Hitsman, and Christine Berning. She was a cherished grandmother of Richard Gump, Heather Derrit, Jose Velez, Suzanne Velez, Carmen Velez, Autumn Berning, and Carlie Berning, and a proud great-grandmother of Crue Gump, Javier Velez, and Natalie Velez. She was a dear sister to Roman Stuczka and Stan Stuczka, and a treasured aunt to Yvette Stuczka, Angela Mellick, Krystle Stuczka, and Randi Floriana Stuczka.

Jeanette found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved watching movies, playing games on her tablet, spending time playing with her grandchildren, and reading the Bible. She will be remembered for her love of family, her faith, and the warmth she shared with those around her.
