Jay is the beloved father of Joanna Quinones, John Thorsky Jr, James Green, Jay Bunch Jr, Jeana Bunch and Klynn Chavis; loving grandfather of 13 and great-grandfather of one; dear brother of Herbie, O.B., Ricky, Johnny, Kevin, Teresa, Carol and the late Nancy and Tommy.

The family will receive friends on SATURDAY, JULY 29TH FROM 2-5 PM AT SLONE & CO. FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 13115 LORAIN AVENUE.
