Dearest brother of Carol Doss (Cecil), Dawn Conner (Andre) and Eugene Lobaugh. Grandson of Rose (deceased) and Jennings Angell, Chris and Ted Lobaugh (both deceased) and John(deceased) and Carol Atkins. Great-grandson of Lola and James Wood (both deceased) and Woodrow (deceased) and Eileen Angell. Dear Step-brother, uncle, nephew and cousin of many. Memorial Service Sunday September 4, 2011 at 5:00pm at the Bollinger-Bican Funeral Home 9810 Denison Ave. where the family will receive friends from 1:00-5:00pm.
