James R. Boulton

James R. Boulton, age 77, passed away peacefully at his residence, August 24, 2022. A gracious and mannerly gentleman who enriched all whom he encountered. He made immediate friends with all those he met and served his God with every ounce of his heart. He found and married the love of his life, Bernice, only a few years before his passing and displayed a joy that befitted his ever-present grin. Having become an instant grandfather, father, and great grandfather to an entire “herd” of family, he absorbed the role with pride and they loved and respected him like blood. His church work in the Worship Band and leadership in Royal Rangers set further examples of his service to the Lord and his conciliatory shoulder and understanding smile will be missed by all. This enchanted servant will not be forgotten. James is survived by his wife Bernice, two brothers, a sister, children, step children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and the Christian Community that he so devotedly served throughout his blessed life. All of whom knew his familiar response when people asked how he was. “Blessed by The Best,” he would grin with a wink and a nod.
Sleep well old friend. You will be missed more than you could have ever imagined.
