Jacqueline M. Farmer

Jacqueline M. Farmer, age 52, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2024. Born on March 9, 1972, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of Theron R. and Cathy G. Farmer.

Jacqueline was a devoted mother to Summer K. Wilson (Patrick), Savanha K. Farmer, and S. Carlos Fuentes. She was a cherished grandmother to Brooke A. Erickson, Paige A. Wilson, Jax S. Wilson, Kyriee E. Griggs, and Kaliyah E. Griggs. Jacqueline's love and care extended to her dear siblings, Scott C. Farmer and Rick Sanders, and her treasured nieces and nephews, Courtney M. Adams (Matthew), Cody S. Farmer, Carli G. Farmer, Alaina Kolista, and Ricky Sanders.

Jacqueline's life was filled with a deep appreciation for the simple joys: she adored roses and found great joy in music. Her warmth, kindness, and passion for life will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, from 5 p.m. until time of closing prayers & reflections at 6:30 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a luncheon will be held immediately after Services.
