Jackie Lee Cardona

Jackie "Jack" Lee Cardona, age 47, passed away on May 5, 2024. Born on January 28, 1977, in Cleveland, Ohio, Jack was the beloved son of Verna May Cardona and the late Severo Cardona, and stepson of the late Olivero Torres.

Jack was the cherished husband of Michelle Hlavsa and the devoted father of Christopher Cardona. He is also survived by his dear siblings Benny, Julie, and Steven, and was predeceased by his brother Oliver. Jack was a treasured uncle to many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.

Jack earned a bachelor's degree in Business and was passionate about his family, always treasuring time spent with his son, wife, mother, and siblings. He had a love for cooking and enjoyed playing basketball, card games, and online slot games in his spare time. Jack also found joy in good music, riding his bike, and walking in the park. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 11 a.m., at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church 2486 W. 14th St. Cleveland, OH 44113. (Please meet at church). Please RSVP at (216) 255-7951.
