Isabel Ramirez Rios, age 69, passed away on May 9, 2025. She was born on March 2, 1956, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, to her loving parents, the late Manuel Ramirez and Eloina Rios. Beloved wife of the late Harry Torres. Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt.
