Hortencia Feliciano, age 90, passed away on November 21, 2023. Born on November 6, 1933, in Yauco, Puerto Rico, to the late Luis Fraticelli and Oliva Crespo. Beloved wife of the late Raul Feliciano. Devoted mother of Raul Jr., Yolanda (The Late Hector), Edwin (Deceased), Ivonne, and Freddie. Cherished grandmother of Raul III, Nicholas, Jasara, Hector, Christopher, Ivonne Enid, Raymond, Alyssa, Emily, and great grandmother of Nick Jr., Devanee, Jason, Aolani, Giana, and Julia.

Family and friends are welcome on Friday, November 24, 2023, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 10 a.m., at St. Mel Church 14436 Triskett Rd. Cleveland, OH 44111 (please meet at church). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
