Hector Gabriel Rivera

Hector Gabriel Rivera, age 49, passed away on July 21, 2026. He was born on October 19, 1976, in Corozal, Puerto Rico, to his loving mother, Carmen M. Torres, and his late father, Hector M. Rivera.

Hector was the beloved fiancé of Mairaih Redd and the devoted father of Hector M. Rivera and Maya L. Rivera. He was the dear brother of Jose Figueroa, Zuhail Nieves, and Reinaldo "Bebo" Rivera. He was also a treasured uncle to 10 nieces and nephews and 8 great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom will cherish his memory.

Hector had a passion for baseball, boxing, and all kinds of sports. He enjoyed playing video games, was a devoted fan of the Joker, and was truly a big kid at heart. His fun-loving personality, infectious smile, and ability to bring laughter to those around him will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
