Survived by her Loving Husband Jamie Cortez, Her Children: Luz, Felicia, Rick & Deanna. Nine Grandchildren & 3 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Jack& Barbara Neaves (both deceased ) She was raised by Delmer (deceased) & Hazel Campbell. Loving Sister to Noma Morgan, the late Maude Mays, Del, Jimmy, Victor and the late Danny, Wiley , Mark Campbell. Pam Ruez & Ruth Harris. Family will receive Friends on Tuesday September 3, from 6 to 8 in Celebration of Hazel’s life at the Bollinger Bican Funeral Home 9810 Denison Avenue
