Glenn Lawrence (Larry) Deets , age 73, passed away on February 12, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 20, 1950, in Washington D.C., Larry was the son of the late Elsie Deets. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Angela Briley, and a legacy of love and kindness.

Larry was a cherished father to Michelle O'Hara (Brendan), Jennifer Gilbert (Anthony), and Ashley Darling (Jordan). He was the adoring grandfather of Malachi O'Hara, Ian O'Hara, Anthony "Bubba" Gilbert, Aubrey Ervin "Sweet Girl", and Angel "Baby" Mohler. Larry was a pillar of strength and support for his family, always present with a warm smile and open heart.

He was the dear brother of Jack Briley (Susan), Jeff Graf, Corrine Huston, Pat Celes, Karen Sauerbrey (Tom), Penny Rine (Tim), Mary Westfall (Jeff) and the late Thomas Ray Briley. His memory will live on in the hearts of his siblings, extended family, and friends.

Larry was a retired member of UAW Local 1005 GM Parma, where he dedicated 37 years of his life. His commitment to his work and his colleagues was unwavering, leaving a lasting impact on those he worked with.

Larry found solace and joy in gardening, tending to his plants with care and dedication. He cherished moments spent on his deck, listening to music and finding peace in the melodies that resonated with his soul.
