Frederick Charles Niehaus

Beloved father and grandfather, Frederick Charles Niehaus passed at the age of 68, in his home, on December 23, 2022. He is survived by his 5 children, Victor, Jessica, Bill, Jeremy, and Christina, 6 grandchildren, Billy, Katharina, Madelyn, River, Willow, and Hudson, his brother, Bill, and sister, Mary.

A cowboy at heart born during the wrong time period. He lived his life as he chose and on his terms. Loving a stiff drink, a smooth smoke, and a poker game with his loved ones. 

Kind and always generous, giving what little he had. Yet he would remind you, "never mistake his kindness for weakness” as he was also, as tough as they come.

In living life on his terms - he was a Marine, a hippie, a singer/songwriter, a gambler, a hitchhiker, the gun toting "Sheriff of Payne Ave” and so very much more.

He will be missed dearly by his loved ones, but the sweet voice of the "Cleveland King of the Blues” will forever sound in our hearts and minds.
