She is survived by her husband, Shanon Williams; son, Shanon Williams, Jr., siblings, Betty Torres, Linda Hall, Kathy Hall, and Joseph Mileto.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, David Hall and May Mileto; siblings, Marcella Benson, Earl Hall, Sherry Hall, Donna Smith, George Underwood, Tammy Hall and Jimmy Mileto.
Family and friends are welcome on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
