Felicita DeJesus

Felicita DeJesus, age 82, passed away on March 21, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion. Born on May 2, 1941, in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, to her beloved parents, the late Zabad Rosa and Juana Rosado, Felicita was a cherished wife to Anastacio DeJesus.

She was the devoted mother of Fernando Diaz, Enivel Diaz, Noel DeJesus (Dorys), Diana Serrano, Carlos DeJesus (Deceased), and Eriverto DeJesus. Felicita's heart overflowed with love for her grandchildren: Jamal O. Bullock Diaz, Michelle Diaz, Jasmin Diaz, Fernando Diaz Jr., Diamelys Serrano, Diamel Serrano, Dariel Serrano, Christina Gonzalez, Noel DeJesus Jr., Johnathan Aguirre, Andrew Aguirre, Felicia DeJesus, Eriely DeJesus, and her great-grandchildren: Niles Diaz, Nehemiah Gonzalez, Jeremiah Gonzalez, Naylani Gonzalez, Elijah M. Diaz, and Jay'vier Diaz.

She was also a dear sister to Polita Correa (Deceased), Monin Rosa, Juan Ramon Rosa, Fransisco Alicea, Teresita Alicea, Ana Alicea, Reyna Alicea, Rafael Alicea, and Angeles Alicea.

Felicita's life was a testament to unconditional love and selflessness. She found joy in music and dancing, tending to her garden, culinary pursuits, and the thrill of thrifting. A true fashionista at heart, Felicita's style was matched only by her warmth and kindness. 

Family and friends are welcome on Monday, March 25, 2024, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where an additional visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12 p.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
