Ethel A. Jennings

Ethel Ann Jennings, born on February 23, 1948, in Quinwood, West Virginia, to the late Woodrow and Anna Simmons, went home to be with the Lord on October 16, 2023, in Parma Heights, Ohio, at the age of 75.

A devoted mother, Ethel is survived by her children Donald Jennings – Parma Heights, Ohio, David Jennings (Tammy) - Morehead, Kentucky, Michael Jennings (Melanie) – Westlake, Ohio, Charlotte Jennings Carpenter (Roger) Garyson, Kentucky. Her love extended to her grandchildren Derrick Jennings, the late Robert Carpenter, Brandon Jennings, the late William Brown, Jacob Jennings, Erin Jennings, and Gavin Jennings.

Ethel was a beloved sister to the late Shirley Ann Simmons, the late Louise Simmons Landers (Jesse), Woodrow Simmons (Cheryl) – Summerville, South Carolina, the late Patricia Simmons Palmer (Edward), the late Eugene Simmons (Diane), Emma Simmons Bare the late (Rev. Galen Bare) - Springfield, Missouri, the late Caroline Sue Simmons Drake (James), Theresa Simmons Scott (James) - North Ridgeville, Ohio. She was also a treasured aunt to many, many nieces and nephews, as well as a cherished friend to many.
