Elda Otero

Elda Otero, age 86, passed away on April 18, 2025. She was born on March 21, 1939, in Manatí, Puerto Rico, to her loving parents, the late Juan Otero and Eufemia Diaz.

Beloved wife of the late Wilfredo Quiles Colon. Devoted mother of Felipe Otero, Roberto Badillo, Jose Badillo, the late Grisel Badillo, William Badillo, Arturo Badillo, and Jeannette Ortiz. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many.

Elda found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved her scratch-off tickets, word searches, and classic black-and-white Mexican films. She also had a special fondness for elephant figurines, which she lovingly collected over the years.

Family and friends are welcome on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 11 a.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
