Donita Smith

Donita Smith, 55, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on January 31, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter. Born on May 8, 1968, to Lela Harris and the late Donald Smith.

She is survived by her devoted children: Daenita Bradley, Domonique Bradley, Lisa Smith, and Carolyn Cotchery. Donita's heart overflowed with love for her grandchildren: Ausar Bradley, Aquilat Bradley, Jabril Hinton, Leilani Hinton, Ronald Brooks, Donald Brooks, Secarius Dillard, Tyrone Cotchery, Savanna Johnson, Kierra Whatley, and Joi Cotchery.

In addition to her immediate family, Donita leaves behind her dear siblings, Danielle and Terrence Goldsmith, and a host of nieces and nephews: Najayah Williams, Thomas Williams, Bedile Goldsmith, Devon, Ladaya Harris, and Mikahil Harris.

Donita is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward Booker. 

Donita was known for her vibrant spirit and her ability to light up any room with her laughter. She found joy in music, dominos, and the company of animals. Her quick wit and knack for humor endeared her to all who knew her.
