Brother of Sharon Hall (Delbert), Shirley Mullins (Fairley), Dayton and Doug Cogar, Debbie, Charlotte, Angie and Dana. Former husband of Lela Cogar. Dearest uncle. Friend to many. Mr. Cogar was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Funeral service Thursday December 3, 2009 at 8:00pm at the BOLLINGER-BICAN FUNERAL HOME, 9810 DENISON AVE. where family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm. Interment Friday at 10:00 am at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio .
