Denise L. Tetzlaff Ontko Guinta

Denise L. Tetzlaff Ontko Guinta, age 71, passed away on May 31, 2025. She was born on January 18, 1954, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her loving parents, the late Wilbur and Jeanette Tetzlaff.

Beloved wife of the late John Guinta. Devoted mother of Paul (Cassie) Ontko, Paula (Larry) Smith, and Tina (Forest) Gullett. Cherished grandmother of Paul, Amber, Joey, Mikey, Alex, Nick, Will, Trisha, Ally, and Johnny, and great-grandmother of Katherine and Vivian. Dear sister of John.

Denise found joy in the simple things—watching her favorite shows and spending time in the kitchen, where she especially loved preparing special meals for her children. Her warmth and devotion to family will be deeply missed.
