Deborah A. Hubbard

Deborah A. Hubbard, age 72, passed away on May 2, 2025. She was born on November 3, 1952, in Birmingham, Alabama, to her loving mother, the late Catherine Edwards.

Deborah was the beloved mother of Marquitta M. Hubbard-Harden (Gregory), Ebonie N. Hubbard (deceased), and Michael L. Hubbard (Deandra); and the cherished grandmother of Gregory Stephens, Jr., Jay'Mar Harden, Michael Hubbard, Jr., JayDan, Jay'Da, DJ, and Dinastea. She also shared a special and loving bond with her stepchildren, William Payne and Lynetta Payne, and Richard Hubbard III, who were all dear to her heart. She deeply loved her children and delighted in spoiling her grandchildren.

Deborah enjoyed reading, walking, traveling, shopping, dining out, and especially cooking for her family. She was a strong, God-fearing woman who always turned a negative into a positive. Her strength, optimism, and unwavering faith will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

A repast for Deborah will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 2 to 5 p.m., at Sanctuary Baptist Church 4004 E.131st Cleveland, OH 44105.
