David Gleason Ranke, age 75, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2024. Born on November 4, 1948, in Buffalo, New York, he was the beloved son of the late Robert and Dorthea Ranke. David was a devoted husband to the late Jane Ranke and a loving father to Jeffrey (Sarah) and Deborah Ranke. He was a dear brother to Robert (Joan) and a treasured uncle to Leah, Dana, Amanda, Bruce, Erin, and Sarah. David found joy in classic movies, reading, and his collections of stamps and coins. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Family and friends are welcome on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Bican Bros. Funeral Home 5215 Fleet Ave. Cleveland, OH 44105, where a Service will be held at 5:30 p.m.
