Dear brother of Carmen Rose, Margarita (Jeff Rutland), Samuel (Millie Vazquez), Nilda Vazquez, Samuel (Hatchie), Lesley Vazquez, and stepbrother of Linda (David), and the late Elizabeth Rutland. Cherished son of Julia M. Vazquez (Carmelo Negron/ Stepfather) and Santos Vazquez (Sonia). Beloved life partner for 14 years of Wanda Duprey.
