Crispino Nieves, age 89, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2024. Born on December 15, 1934, in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, Crispino was the cherished son of the late Hermogenes Nieves and Benedicta Galarza.
Beloved husband of the late Albia (nee Castro) Nieves, Crispino leaves behind a legacy of love and faith. He was the devoted father of Awilda (nee Ramos) Butler, Frank Ramos, and the beloved late Judith Rivera. Crispino was a cherished grandfather to Fernando L. Torres Jr. (Janie), Josue Torres (Amy), Linda Amor Feliciano (Edgar), Francisco Ramos (Tiffany), and Genevieve Ramos, and a proud great-grandfather to many.
Crispino was a dear brother to many siblings and a friend to all who knew him. He found great joy in attending church and spreading the word of the Lord.
Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 3 to 7 p.m., at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a Funeral Service will be held at 6 p.m.Service Schedule
