Corinne Marie Smith-Huggins

January 1, 1968 — January 23, 2024

Cleveland, Ohio

Corinne’s HUGE personality turned every room she entered upside down. Corinne lit up every room with her smile and ability to make you laugh even on your worst day. She passionately cared for her family and close friends and would go toe to toe with anyone who crossed them! Everyone who knew her will miss her dearly as she left a lasting impression on this earth that will never be forgotten. Known to many as Rinni, she was an avid traveler who enjoyed soaking up life in new places. After her schooling she went on to go into the construction field. From stories that make you cry laughing to her beautiful singing voice, we will hold Rinni in our hearts forever

Corinne (Rinni/Cori) Smith (Huggins) gained her wings on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. She was born in Bay Village, Ohio on January 1, 1968, to Bonnie L. Smith (Chaney) and Alfred Smith. Later, her stepfather, Robert Chaney, became a significant figure in her life.

Corinne, a loving mother and grandmother leaves behind two sons Robert Smith and Jeyrome DeBramaletta, and three grandchildren, Jada, Jalen, and Tatum to continue her legacy. Her siblings who will carry on her memory are Marcellus Hudson, Denisha Chaney, Charlie Ezell Jr., Kathy Oliver, Tiffany Lewis, and Alena Smith.

The joy of her heart was family and her nieces and nephews will truly miss her; Tanarea Chaney, Marcella and Marcia Hudson, Andrew Chambers, Marcellus Hudson II, Davia and Char'le Ezell, and a host of great nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

She delighted in the extended bonds of family with her stepmom Lillian Smith and stepbrothers and stepsisters, Michael, Marshall, Maurice, and Michelle Belle and their children.

Corrinne fought a valiant fight and will remain in our hearts forever.
