Loving father of Charles Brown and Nicole Knipp. Beloved son of Bonnie and Charles Knipp. Dearest brother of Kim, Shawn, Robert and Charles. Uncle of Stephenie, Steven, Ramona, Sean, Xavier, Brenda and Miranda. Tommy was loved by so many people and he loved his kids more than life. He will be missed by all who knew him. Family and friends are welcome Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Bollinger-Bican Funeral Home 9810 Denison Ave.
