Charles D. Rowe 75, of Wapakoneta, passed away early Sunday morning, October 18, 2015 at St Rita's Hospital. He was born December 23, 1939, son of David and Ethel Rowe (nee Kleve). Loving Husband to Gloria (nee Place.) Dear Father to Betty Churchill (Robert), the late Michelle Geib (Robert), Charles & David Rowe. Loving Grandfather to Shawna Ortitz (Oriris), Brian Denny, Joseph Denny, Felicia Sherman (Cody), Zachary & Ryan Churchill. Great Grandfather and dear friend to many. At the request of the family all services will be private. Arrangements under the direction of Slone & Co. Funeral Directors
