Cassandra Ann Lipscomb

Cassandra Ann "Sandy" Lipscomb, age 74, passed away on February 29, 2024. She was born on November 15, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Chauncey Bowen Sr. and Victoria Brothers. Sandy is survived by her 3 children, Angela, Stephanie, and Charles, along with 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her niece Kamal, and her nephew Freddy. 

Sandy's vibrant spirit was reflected in her love for the color red, her passion for old school R&B music, and her cherished moments spent with family during birthdays and holidays.
