Carmen Maria Perez

Carmen Maria Perez, age 81, passed away on February 12, 2026. She was born on March 25, 1944, in Moca, Puerto Rico, to her loving parents, the late Eufamio Perez and Rogelia Lassalle.

Carmen was the beloved wife of the late Candido Chacon and a devoted mother to Rosa, Lydia, Carmen, Carlos (deceased), Samuel, Luis, Pedro, Moises, Hector, Dionisio, and Eddie. She was a cherished grandmother to Carmen, Tameka, Monica, Samuel, Jr., Janice, Jose, Joanna, Janet, Jaslyn, Mariah, Vanessa, Carlos, Jr., Hector, Taisha, Diomary, Julio, Roberto, Damarie, Dionisio, Jr., Samuel, Jessenia, Cristina, Francheska, Timothy, Alliah, Jayson, Sammie, Zuleyka, Moises, Naomi, Jeff, Christopher, Sierra, Amber, Danny, Luli, Emma, Carmen, Pedro, Angel, and Destiny. She also leaves behind a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other loving family members, and dear friends.

Carmen found great joy in singing, dancing, cooking, and, most of all, spending time surrounded by her family. Her warmth, strength, and love will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.
