Carmen Annette Echevarria, age 60, passed away on October 3, 2026. She was born on March 11, 1966, in New York, New York, to her loving parents, the late Luis Echevarria and Dominga Velez Rosa.

Carmen was the beloved mother of CarMaris Carrasquilla (deceased) and Fransheska Carrasquillo (Luis). She was the cherished grandmother of Nyomi A. Cotto and Natanael Cotto. Dear sister of the late Gilda Echevarria Velez. Carmen was also a treasured aunt and loving friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
