Carmen Carrasquillo passed away November 3, 2016. Beloved wife to Jose A., Dear mother to Jonathan, Edwin & Luis Javier. Loving sister to Nancy, Julia, Juan Carlos & Jose. Grandmother of 4 and a multitude of nieces and nephews. Family and friends are welcome on Sunday November 6, 2016 from 4 to 8 pm at the Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio where funeral services will be Monday November 7, 2016 at 10 am. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
