Bryan was born on January 8, 1999, in Cleveland, Ohio, to his loving parents, Betsy A. Martinez and Jose E. Santiago. He was a cherished brother to Christine A. Rosario, Jose E. Santiago, Karrie E. Santiago, and Michael E. Santiago, and his presence enriched the lives of his entire family.
Passionate and hardworking, Bryan found his calling as a tow truck driver, a profession he pursued with dedication and skill. Beyond his work, Bryan's interests were diverse and reflected the depth of his character.
