Bradley "Carl" Baum

Bradley Carlton [Carl] Baum, 83, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on December 4th at Life Care Center of Westlake after a couple months of decline. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Benjamin and Aline Baum (nee Siegel) on May 31, 1937. Carl (Bradley) is preceded in death by wife Elayne (nee Straka) and daughter Carmella. He was married to Elayne in February 1967 with whom he traveled the country with their musical group the Carlaynes. Carl is survived by his son, Joshua Baum-Shmigel (Roger) and brother Jerold. He was known for his love of music as well as his devotion to family and God, along with his dry sense of humor. Carl was well known for his talents playing the piano at Gene’s Place to Dine where he shared his music for over 20 years. Per the wishes of Carl, there will be no public service, but there will be a Celebration of Life in 2021 when it is safe.
