Billy Joe Akers Jr., age 49, passed away on January 14, 2024. Born on September 28, 1974, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Billy Joe Akers and Gladys Mann.

Billy is survived by his dear siblings Ralph, Cathy, Vicki, Lisa, Jerry, Liz, Michelle, Tommy Jones, John (Deceased), Patricia (Deceased), and Rose (Deceased). Billy's family extends beyond blood, as he was the loving companion of Kim Boltz, sharing countless precious moments with her.

A man of many passions, Billy found joy in the thrill of casinos and the camaraderie of playing cards with friends. For over 30 years, he dedicated his professional life as a supervisor at McGimnis Amusement, leaving an indelible mark on his workplace and the hearts of those he worked alongside.

Billy's generosity knew no bounds, and his giving spirit touched the lives of many. He will be remembered for his kindness, his laughter, and the warmth he brought to every room he entered.
