Annette Santos passed away unexpectedly January 4, 2018. Beloved wife of Nelson Sr. Dear mother of Nelson Jr., (Jazmine), Anthony and Adrianna (James) Herman. Cherished Grandmother of Maddison & Chloe. Dear sister of Danny, Connie, Nancy, Angela, and Steven. Loving daughter of Leida (nee Torres) Guzman and the late Alfredo Guzman. Funeral services Wednesday, January 10, 2018, 1 pm at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave., Cleveland. Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday, January 9, 2017, from 3 to 8 pm & Wednesday from 11 am until the time of services. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
