ALAN S. BOLENSKI, 59, of Cleveland, Ohio quietly passed away on January 1, 2012 surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer. Alan was a loving, giving man who enjoyed his dog, Buster and the company of family and friends who knew him as “Monster” and Uncle Al the kiddies pal. He was a member of Roosevelt PLAV Post #58. Beloved son of Stanley and dearly departed mother Olga. Sister, Janet Bloam (Jim) and Gail Workman and brothers David and Mark (Brenda). Loving uncle to 9 and Great-uncle to 6. Family will receive friends at Bollinger-Bican Funeral Home 9810 Denison Ave. on Friday January 6, 2012 from 6:00-8:00pm. A short service will be held immediately after visitation.
